The story of Encinitas native and world-renowned surfboard shaper Al Merrick who is the founder of Channel Islands Surfboards.  This movie tells Al’s testimony with Christ and features his special unique relationships with the team of world champion Channel Islands Team riders and arguably the two best and most influential surfers ever: Tom Curren (3 time world champion) and Kelly Slater (9 time world champion).
